Saturdays and Sundays are the perfect time for a scrumptious breakfast. Today’s treat was Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast Sticks. I love the combination of peanut butter and banana so when I noticed over-ripe bananas in my pantry, the rest was a no-brainer!

Yet another glorious day of my stay-cation, so I’ll celebrate another great day with a Squash and Potato Frittata for dinner.
I spent the entire day working in the garage and most of the time was assembling metal shelving units. You can never have enough shelves!
