I woke up this morning with a craving for French Toast or Waffles. Since I could not make up my mind which one I wanted the most, I combined the two and came up with Blueberry French Toast Waffles! Who doesn’t love a waffle that holds all the sweet goodness of the syrup poured on the top? And who would turn away hot French Toast slathered in a rich and sweet topping? Not me, that is for sure!

One of the items I always buy for the freezer, during the Christmas holiday, is a loaf of Panettone. Once the smoke has cleared from the hectic season, I pull out my Panettone and make something that soothes the soul.
